How to find Salma Hayek Pictures Online?

In recent years, many Latino babes have made it big in Hollywood. The biggest of them has to be Salma Hayek Jiménez. She was born in mexico, who later moved to Texas to her aunt's place. Salma Hayek started her career in the title role in Teresa in Mexican Television. But she was destined to do big things in the biggest of film field - Hollywood.

Salma Hayek entry into Hollywood was a Majestic one. She starred opposite Antonio Banderas in Desperado. Hollywood movie fans were entertained heavily by the nude show of Salma Hayek. She was simply outstanding as the sexy Librarian who takes care of the Hero when he is injured. The scenes where the hero teaches her to play Guitar is the most romantic and sexy scenes of Hollywood.

Salma's best acting display came in the Frida and Bandidas. She was nominated for Oscar in Frida. But my favourite film of hers is Bandidas. It is not any great movie, but the presence of Penelope Cruz and Salma Hayek makes it exploding. More over, there were rumours that both were engaged in a lesbian relationship at that time. penelope has denied it many times, but the way they behave when they are together suggest, they may be hiding their feeling. Whatever they both make a great couple.

Finding Salma Hayek pictures is very tough. You go for a search in google you will find thousands of site. But most of them are made for google sites and serves you with nothing. I recently found one site actresssnaps.com, they keep updating her recent pictures. The owner is a big fan of Salma Hayek and keeps updating her pictures every now and then. You can find the latest pictures of her from Cannes, Fight Cancer Gala etc. Salma Hayek has a penchant of displaying her beautiful cleavage in public, she really know what her fans need. If you like to see those pictures this is the place.

Celebrity Baby Trend: Twins

Age-related hormonal changes in women may cause more than one egg to be released at a time, which boosts the odds of conceiving fraternal twins. Also, older women are more likely to take fertility drugs or use other fertility technologies like in vitro fertilization to conceive. A family history of twins also makes multiples more likely. For more information on age-related hormones and other risks of pregnancy read Women’s Health, Fitness and Shape magazines.

Fraternal or non-identical twins are the most common. Fraternal twins biologically occur when two separate eggs are fertilized by two different sperm. This results in each twin having his or her own placenta and amniotic sac. Genetically fraternal twins are no more alike each other than any other siblings and can be two girls, two boys or a boy and a girl.

Identical twins biologically occur when one fertilized egg splits and develops into two fetuses. These fetuses may share a placenta but usually has separate amniotic sacs. Identical twins are genetically identical.

Recently a handful of celebrities have given birth to twins: Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Lopez, Julia Roberts and Marcia Cross. Actress-model Rebecca Romijn and her husband actor Jerry O’Connell just announced in People magazine they are expecting twins in the winter; Lisa Marie Presley also just announced she is expecting twins. Other celebrities who are parents are twins are Denzel Washington, Sean Combs and Cybill Shepherd. President and Mrs. Bush are the parents of twin daughters Barbara and Jenna Bush.

There are and have always been many famous twins in Hollywood. Often television and film production companies hire twin babies and children to share one role of a child character. The production companies do this so that child-labor laws, which require children to work shorter hours than adults, will not slow down production. Famously, twins Erin and Diane Murphy shared the role of “Tabitha” on the 1960s fantasy sitcom “Bewitched,” Lindsay and Sydney Greenbush shared the role of “Carrie” on the 1970s drama “Little House on the Prairie” and twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen shared the role of “Michelle” on the 1980s sitcom “Full House.” Many twins including the Olsens and Tia and Tamara Mowry have starred as twins in family movies and television shows.

Sometimes only one twin is famous. Some examples of this situation are race car driver Mario Andretti (brother Aldo), actress Scarlett Johanssson (brother Hunter), model Gisele Bundchen (fraternal sister Patricia), actor Vin Diesel (Paul), singer Alanis Morissette (Wade) and actress Jill Hennessy (Jacqueline). For more famous twins read People Magazine, People En Espanol, Star magazine and In Touch Weekly.

Every year in Twinsburg, Ohio the city celebrates “Twin Days” in celebration of twins. For the upcoming 2008 event, which will be the 33rd annual Twin Days, event planners are hoping for 3,000 sets of twins.

In a comedic nod to twins, Arnold Swarzeneggar and Danny DeVito paired up as twins in the 1988 movie called Twins. For more movies and television shows about twins or featuring twins read Entertainment Weekly, People magazine and O The Oprah Magazine.

Lindsay Lohan: Just Her Luck

Lohan got started in the entertainment business as a child model for magazines and moved onto television commercials then landed a role on the soap opera Another World. In 1998 at age 12, she made her motion picture debut in Disney’s remake of The Parent Trap. As actress Haley Mills did before her in the original film, Lohan played identical twins. The film was a modest success and Lohan garnered praise from many movie magazine critics.

Next Lohan starred in a string of modestly successful films including another Disney remake, Freaky Friday, Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen and Mean Girls. Mean Girls reinforced Lohan’s box office cred, garnering critical and commercial success. Other films Lohan starred in between 2006 and 2007 include Just My Luck, A Prairie Home Companion, Bobby and Chapter 27, which were all modestly successful and garnered mixed reviews. During this time Lohan also signed a record deal and began recording pop music.

In 2006 Maxim magazine, a men’s magazine, voted her No. 3 on their annual “Hot 100” list. Readers of FHM magazine voted Lohan No. 10 on the magazine’s “100 Sexiest Women” list. In 2007 Lohan rocketed to Maxim magazine’s No. 1 spot on its “Hot 100” list.

In 2007 Lohan’s public image and life started going downhill. First she checked herself into the Wonderland Rehabilitation Center. Then her performance in the box office disappointment “I Know Who Killed Me” was largely panned by critics. Entertainment Weekly magazine ran a story quoting a major film studio exec declaring Lohan’s career dead in the water due to the star’s unreliable professionalism.

Lohan continued to create controversy in February of 2008 when she appeared in the spring fashion edition of New York magazine. Lohan recreated Marilyn Monroe’s famous last photo shoot, including nude photos. The nude photos sparked a lot of critical media coverage and the issue of New York magazine was one of the most successful.

As of summer 2008 People magazine has reported Lindsay Lohan is in a relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson. The presumed couple has been followed throughout the summer by other celebrity magazines like Star magazine, In Touch Weekly magazine and Life & Style magazine.

Socialites And Celebrities: These Days, It's Getting Increasingly Difficult To Tell The Difference.

The idea of socialites has probably been around for millenia - at least as long as there have been cities - but the concept as it is used today is a fairly new one, yet at the same time, old.

In the U.S., the category of socialites first came about as a result of the concentration of wealth during the First Gilded Age from 1877 to 1893. Largely due to the industrialization of the country aided by the building of a vast network of railroads, a new class of the very wealthy arose in the U.S. (something that would have horrified Thomas Jefferson). Socialites became known for giving lavish parties, entertainments or formal occasions. Often, they would associate themselves with celebrities of the day, but were rarely heard about outside the Sunday "society pages" of big-city newspapers.

With the crash and subsequent economic depression of 1893, the First Gilded Age came to an end, and socialites became far less visible. However, because of many fortunes made as a result of U.S. involvment in World War I, socialites came back during the Second Gilded Age of the 1920s. Typical socialites of the period were depicted by writer F. Scott Fitzgerald in his novel, The Great Gatsby, and were mercilessly mocked in the satirical lyrics of Cole Porter. Both men knew their subject well; as celebrities, they frequently associated with the very same socialites of whom they were critical.

Nonetheless, there was still a neat distinction between socialites and celebrities; today, the names of F. Scott Fitzgerald and Cole Porter are remembered and revered, yet hardly anyone remembers the socialites of the "Jazz Age."

Since the beginning of America's Third Gilded Age in 1981, however the line between socialites and celebrities have become a bit blurred. It is as if money buys fame without the achievements that are normally the basis of celebrity. It's highly unlikely that the expolits of Paris Hilton would have been national news in the 1920s; yet too many Americans who cannot name their representative in Congress know a great deal about the nation's socialites.

On the other hand, celebrities in many ways are now starting to look like socialites. In the old days, very few people knew much about the lives of prominent figures outside of their achievements; between 1932 and 1945, virtually no Americans outside of Washington DC knew that their President was a paraplegic, confined to a wheelchair.

Today however, many Americans clamor to know more about the personalities and everyday lives of celebrities, just as they do socialites. Why this should be is unclear; perhaps in today's media-saturated world; perhaps it makes the inaccessible seem just a little more accessible.

Perez Hilton: Celebrity Blogger

Perez Hilton is the fictional persona of Mario Armando Lavandeira Jr., a 30-something Latino American born in Miami. Lavandeira received a bachelor’s degree in drama from New York University in 2000 and dreamed of being an actor.

Before setting out to Los Angeles, Lavandeira briefly worked in media relations and as a reporter for Star Magazine. Upon being fired from Star Magazine Lavandeira moved cross country to Los Angeles.

Broke and unemployed in Los Angeles Lavandeira began blogging. His blog started out as PageSixSixSix.com until the New York Post, creator of the “Page Six” gossip column, sued. Over the course of a year Lavandeira’s basic personal blog turned into PerezHilton.com, a snarky blog filled with celebrity gossip and juvenile graffiti splattered photos (usually lifted from photo agencies) complete with hot pink background centered around the persona of Perez Hilton.

In a recent Wired Magazine feature, Lavandeira explained his Perez Hilton persona, “Perez is the outsider—the gay Latino, the interloper. And Hilton is the mainstream—Hollywood, pop culture.”

On PerezHilton.com, Lavandeira unapologetically comments on the bizarre and often ridiculous behavior of Hollywood starlets Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears and celebutantes like Paris Hilton along with seemingly untouchable movie stars. He posts photos from awards shows, clubs, private events and in a grand tradition of self-promotion, photos of himself.

Apparently, this kind of coverage is enormously popular; Wired Magazine and AdWeek magazine have both reported PerezHilton.com page views easily top 1 million per year and advertisements on his homepage earn up to approximately $54,000 per day, making Lavandeira a millionaire.

The mainstream media including celebrity magazines and news magazines have reacted dramatically to PerezHilton.com, lambasting Lavandeira’s motives and integrity. Regardless, Perez Hilton makes headlines. Newsweek magazine labeled the blogger “celebrity sniper-blogger” while GQ magazine refers to him as a “microcelebrity” because of his unrepentant pursuit of fame and fortune.

Still, Hilton has a huge fan base of mostly female Us Weekly magazine and other celebrity magazine readers. He has parlayed this influence into many different business opportunities for himself including a possible record label deal with Warner Music—Hilton often promotes his favorite unknown artists on his site and fans have responded in droves on iTunes—VH1 picked up a reality-based television show starring Hilton and soon he will have a syndicated radio show.
